Welcoming claimants and guiding them on how to proceed with their claim.
Collecting information and documents from claimants to proceed with a claim (Declaration form, Driving license, etc.).
Scanning related documents and updating claims' files.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them when needed.
Respond to customer inquiries and revert back with answers.
Provide assistance to the Claims Department as required.
Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
Around 2 years of experience
Excellent command of the English language (Written and spoken)
Great communication & writing skills
Proactive, hardworking, and a team player
