In March 2017, the London Joint Cargo Committee (JCC) introduced new Frozen & Chilled Food Clauses to modernize the existing 1986 Clauses, reflecting current market practices. Clyde & Co. played a pivotal legal role in this market update, contributing to the modernization of these Clauses, while ULA amassed over the years expertise in managing technical claims and navigating their complexities.
